1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyrenora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hyrenora is an AI-powered job search platform that provides resume optimization, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, auto-apply assistance, and related features. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual job seekers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your resume or applications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond our published APIs
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Hyrenora uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content, cover letters, and job-related suggestions. This content is provided as a starting point and may not be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in actual job applications. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

The ATS Engine Simulator produces heuristic approximations of how applicant tracking systems may parse your resume. It is NOT based on reverse-engineered code from any ATS vendor and should not be relied upon as a definitive assessment.

6. Subscription and Billing

Hyrenora offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your payment card information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hyrenora and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (resumes, cover letters) using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN JOB INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBMASTER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
